The Groove opened its doors in April 2024, born from both tragedy and a deep commitment to healing. After the devastating loss of Cpl. Keith Andrew Heacook, our owner Doug Marshall set out on a mission—to create a space where music, food, and community could come together, turning grief into something meaningful and positive.
At The Groove, we believe in the power of music to unite, the joy of great food to bring people together, and the strength of shared experiences to build lasting connections. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and friendly environment, ensuring that every guest—whether they're here for a meal, a show, or a celebration—feels like part of our extended family.
Together, we proudly will serve over 30,000 guests each year, sharing kindness through every note played, every dish served, and every drink poured. What started as a vision has grown into a vibrant hub for live music, community gatherings, and unforgettable nights.
